Field Day is a hands-on day in the apiary. You will learn how to light a smoker, review different smoker fuels, learn how to perform a mite wash, learn to read the frames and how to open a hive and do an inspection. Field Day is the final day for both Beginning Beekeeping and Beekeeping Basics classes.
